Hello guys my Acer 5742z ( Win 7 64 bit) giving me issues while booting. when I power up the laptop it only flashes acer logo page and restarts again and again and not even power button works in this scenario neither it allows me to change the boot device by pressing f12 nor it let me to go in setup by pressing f2 so I have to remove the battery to power off the laptop.
Although after reinstalling the battery it doesn't starts on its own ( Normal ) but when I power up it by pressing the power button all starts again.
And after so many exercises like that some random time it suddenly boots normally and every thing goes fine for few sessions I even reinstalled the OS as well but to no avail.
Please help!
