Hi Guys

- Vantec AVOX 100 + Hitachi Travelstar 40GB from APEX for 7.5K

- Zippy SATA & PATA Casing from Techzone , Lammy for 1.2K

- Bluetooth Dongle from Inorbit Malls for Rs 450

Sharing the Pics with u.

Tested the AVOX 100 on the TV also it played all my Divx and Xvid files and

also the mp3 files which i had added on it.

It didnt play HD resolution Divx and Xvid Files.

Also got this [I know its not related to computers but still]

Fully Automatic with 10 Program Modes for Speed and Incline

BTW, do explain what that Avox thing does..... you need to put a HDD inside it right ?? And then connect it to the TV and it plays all the videos files on your HDD ?? :S :S

PS: No offence, but please please post thumbnails. Just saying "Dialup warning" isnt enough....these pics do take a bit of time to load even on broadband...

Vantec AVOX 100 is a multimedia HDD casing.

photobucket doesnt support the thumbnail thing.

Yes nikhil u got it correct.

You have to get a seperate laptop hdd and put inside that and then

u can connect it to the TV and play videos from the HDD.

I know it looks different but the person at the shop told me the ccase design had changed.

Also it has the Bigbyte corp stricker on it and it does mention zippy.
It also carries a 1 Yr warr.

@ CM - got the BT dongle for fun , maily to remote control winamp playback thru my Nokia 3650 and i am really enjoying that

ok, I am planning to get some external storage to be used along with the laptop. the zippy one fits the bill perfect. So was eying one of these.

The main reason i got the zippy was it was having for support for SATA & PATA both.
