@Amarbir:

1. Dealer leave status thread clearly states that you *must* PM a Global Mod to notify them of your leave. Please follow protocol. Posting elsewhere is not accepted. I was only able to update the thread after you PM'ed me 2~3 days back and notified me.

2. Your leave, issue with Fah33m, etc. do not have a direct bearing on nizarp's issue, hence kindly leave those to a separate thread.

3. Most dealers including you are redirecting members to their sites to place the orders. I checked your recent thread and your order process clearly states - "click here to order" with a URL to your site. We assume that TE members will directly proceed to your site, but will leave feedback on TE.

If you feel these are deals not happening on TE, I have no option but to clear all your iTrust ratings that do not have a member explicitly posting in your thread and conducting the deal on TE. If you are willing to accept 100s of +ve ratings for deals on your site, do not wash your hands off if it is a -ve rating.

As per us, any member who is an active TE member before he placed his order on your site is assumed to have placed the order via TE. Even so, in nizarp's case, he has clearly stated that he saw the deal on TE and proceeded to ordering from your site.

The iTrust rating system is broken, so for the time being use the feedback threads.

The staff can only act if there is valid feedback from YOU.

So everyone who has dealt with a dealer, you are encouraged to post feedback.
 
I saw in the other thread that Amarbir resigned as a dealer from TE. That means more pain for Nizar to get the refund/replacement.

^^I would be more happy if he gets permanent ban from TE like he has got from other forums. He needs to be taught a lesson and let him deal i n his own world of Lynx :@
 
Resigning from TE is a joke .He is like a kid who keep's coming back for the candy :lol:.

Wish some one sue's the $h!t out of him and his business.

You said the deal was not done on TE irrespective of customer is a member of TE and then you ask him to buy through the website. If actually persons order thru your website and following your protocols, then you should service the product or refund the amount that you agreed upon before reaching to the office as your deals are done only thru your website and you used TE for advertising purposes only.

Can you folks please remove the condn that members need to go through dealers private sites for ordering. Thats is nothing more than pimping his own site.

If you take this as a case, I am 110% sure this dealer wont be such a jerk if he didnt knew people will come to his site for ordering. If he didnt had or advertised his medium he would act more "human" like.
 
Whats with the whole system of posting threads about the products here and then making it a policy to register at some other site to order the same? I believe TE should take a strong stand here. Why not make it mandatory for the dealers who advertise their products here, to sell their stuff through TE only? If not anything else, atleast there will be a line between stuff purchased from the site and the stuff purchased through TE. That would protect the interests of the members here. Atleast they will have a dedicated forum here to raise their voice against trade gone off-rail and not hear excuses like "the deal was done exclusively through ABC or XYZ, hence you are not supposed to complain here" :bleh:

I am not sure if there are other dealers here like Amarbir who have this policy of registering at his/her site for trade. Dealers like SMC, ITwares, PristineNote have no issues dealing directly at TE and have set pretty good standards.

I have sent the product back to Amarbhir. I will update here regarding the status of refund.

Thanks a lot guys for all your support and special thanks for the mods/admins to help me with this issue.
 
^Nizarp, kindly pm me and eddy once the issue is solved. Myself or Eddy will reopen this thread so that you can update it yourself. Am closing this now.
