Well,
When In Business You Deal With thousands Of People .Few Of Them have a Issue With Any Dealer .So whenever there is any discussion or issue with a new member ,Its Bound that those people come and write everything they can in any thread .Even If i Would Have Replied To Nizar's Post In The First Place would you people have spared writing in this thread .Regrettably Not As you people keep on having a itch to post and take a dig at me personally and leave no opportunity .Inspite Of Me Being On Leave And Actually Writing It In The Forum Personally On 26th May 2011 people are saying this .Even Till Today i Am Not There in The Office and Still At My Village Badal .

What Forums Have i Been Kicked Out Of ? .I Resigned in ****** For a Reason .I Created a Thread There To Solve Any Pending issue .There Was Nothing Anyone Had There And Then Once i Submitted My Resignation They Banned Me ,Its There Forum Not Mine They Can Do Anything .Seriously What Other Forum Are you Referring To .Last Time When i Had Resigned In Te Due To My Work pressure ,You people started spreading that i was kicked out of the forum .When i Rejoined There was a massive thread out there for no reason . Lame Excuse Would Have Been If i Was Actually In Chandigarh and spreading and writing nonesense .

I have had plenty of deals with Amarbir till date , I never faced any issues at all . Hassle free payment , Speedy shipping always .

Once had to return one IEM also , that also went quick and clean .

Does he understands me well , or Am i extremely lucky :S :P
 
@Amarbir,

Lots of other dealers are present inTE, then why everytime you and only you are in the limelight? Do you want to give the excuse as you are quite busy doing thousands of transactions per day and so you cannot do the needful when a customer of yours is in serious trouble and seeks your help? Thats the most lame excuse anyone has ever heard of.

And if you had replied previously in the feedback thread of yours in the market section, then this thread would not have existed, I am quite sure because a person who can wait 6 months for a replacement is not hasty in any means to create such a thread like this one. You had not avoided him completely and this thread never had any existence.

Did you see my pm .I told that i was on leave .The Day i Replied To Some PM's I even Told Crazy Eddy This .I Do Not Know That why you Sir did Not Change My status To On Leave Inspite Of Me posting in The Feedback thread .Technically If i would not have got a internet connection in the village or not reached that cybercafe in my close town some 30 kilometers away i would have never come to know of this thread right .I Would Have come to know of the same when i was back in chandigarh .Inspite of me being in the village right now i am trying to cordinate everything in my capacity here .You Write The Following

Some part of this deal has happened through TE since you have created an IC thread here.
Member Saw a thread on TE One Year Plus Back ,Ordered On My Website ,Never Write anything in The TE Thread ,never Pmed Me even Once .Never Write This Order Was From TE [ So How Is The Order Considered To Be On Techenclave ] .Now One Person Suggest Me "He is a Customer Do You Threat Your Customers Like This " .Well Hell Not i Had Only Told Him I Will Solve It And When He Was Calling Me And I did Not Pick The Phone .Even I Could Have Been Busy Right .Like You Were Referring To Your " time constraint. " .Assuming You Were On Leave and I did not bother to check it and i write something to you and you do not reply .even i Will Get Worked Up Right .So sir See It From My Side Also .

Had you taken this issue into your hand immediately when nizarp posted in the dealer feedback thread (as one would expect from a good dealer), this particular thread could have been avoided.

Are you sure of this ,Would you have actually told other people to let me solve it with him .I doubt that These people would have commented anyway and you there sir would have done nothing .Sir Rules Are There For a Reason .We do not break your rules .when ever there is a rule change on Te .We change our system of work so that no one has a issue .Kindly check How many deals i closed just before i was off to my village ,There were daily deals and they were getting thier stuff and i was also solving all issue .Instead of Saying That You will Look Into The Issue You could have been blunt and told me no amarbir you will have to solve this first [ i was thinking you will communicate with nizar and remove the posts of no relevance from the feedback thread] .Even Now sir the same posts are there in the feedback section .Not only this you also closed my threads without even replying to my pm .How fair is this boss and how many rules have been broken to do this .

Lol I Am Still In My Village So How is This a Lame Excuse Boss .Ask Nizar Before Commenting On This ,even Before he created the thread i told him i will solve his issue .He created the thread in the feedback section .Please Explain Me How Amarbir is suppose To Know That ? .when i Came To Know Of That i Took Up The Issue With Saiyan .Now He Says He Had Time constraints .So Does that mean i do not have time constrains and he has them even when i am on leave .Had he bothered to check my leave status .Might be someone could have told nizar i was on leave .Nizar actually posted in the feedback section right after i had my leave status mentioned .This is not that funny .All the mods were hovering over that feedback thread and even then none of them posted i was on leave inspite of me posting that right there in my thread .I wonder what you are talking about .This Thread Existed Cos instead of Replying To My PM Saiyan Tells Nizar To Post Or Make a New Thread .He did Not Have Time Constraints Then .But When i Was Asking he had those constrains

Every time saar, everytime its a problem with you. When you were online you saw a thread, instead of replying you acted smart, throwing rules at mods, acting like a b**ch. When you could have simply replied saying, it will be solved to the satisfaction of the customer.

Then when op asks you to refund, you ask him to send the product first, just to feed your arrogance and ego, creating unnecessary fuss over it.

You saar are too grand for TE. People should wait till you come from your royal village.

Its a miracle these guys dont throw a regular trouble maker like you out in an instant.

Me And Possible Some People might be wondering where party monger is since morning .You could have increased your post count and possibly the thread page count quite a bit If You Were There .I am Sure Some People Like You More will Hop In .People Can Check Old threads And See Who All have Yet Not Posted And They too Will Post I am Sure They Will .The Deal With Mr Nizar Is Not Done On TE Period And Te Is Not a Court To Interfere In My Business Activities .I Am Already Taking Up the issue With Saiyan Who did Not Bother To Post I Was On Leave And So did Any Other Mod .Did you check the vacation notice i had in my feedback thread on 26th May Or you just Started Posting Without Bothering To Read The Whole Thread .
 
Need To Buy The Keyboard That You Use Which Can Type In Initcap Format Like The Way This Is Typed. How Much Will It Cost ??

On a serious note, check how other "Audio" dealers here are doing their business in the most 'pristine' way, they never have stupid excuses and if ever they have an excuse it is rare and very much legitimate.
 
Amarbir Sir, all said and done, while you are away in your village, you have not shut down your business have you? so why not provide support to customers?

its very simple. your staff is handling your business in your absence, can they not handle this? whats the big deal, when you have agreed to help out Nizar? what is it thats gonna change when you are back? all the excuses are simply delaying the matter. why make things complex?

You've agreed to refund Nizar's money or provide a replacement ONLY when you are back in one week and ONLY when Nizar returns the product. so then let nizar ship the product and while it gets shipped in a weeks time and you would also be back by then? this way teh whole process can be expedited. its this all too complicated for you? Though My Visit Was Only Till Monday ,But i am sorry to state that As some of you would be knowing that Our eldest Living Family Member and Wife Of Our States CM Sardar Prakash singh Badal Expired On Tuesday In PGI Chandigarh .I Had To Go Back To My Village .How Much Time Would I Be Here "I Have No Idea " .Hence I would Like To Write The Following For The Clients .

1 : Consider My Activity On TE "Suspended Briefly Due To My Absense " .Once i Am Back I will Tell You Folks Here .

2 : Mods Please Mark My Absense

3 : Most Orders That i Have Taken Are Either Shipped Or If There is a Issue I Suggest You Speak To My Office Landline No's And Speak To Abhinav Between 11:00 am ~ 2:30 pm And 4:00 pm ~ 6:00 pm .

4 : My Inbox Was Full And I Have Cleared Approx 50 Messages .Hence Please PM Me If you Have Some queries And Can Wait for The Reply And Delivery

5 : People Who Would Like Expidiated Services Please Look Elsewhere during This Time .
 
From all the above discussion should it be concluded that if the owner of a comapny goes on leave or to his village for 3/6 months or a complete year , a customer is supposed to wait for the complete 1 year to get the requested warranty services :O . Wow that's like the best rule ever for a company to have . :O .

I really have to give it to Nizar for the patience he has shown through this ordeal .

Is this too lame to understand .This was posted on 26th of may . and Nizar Posted This On Techenclave did He Get in touch with my staff .No he did not .So when you are on leave people expect you to solve issues .If he was in rush why did he tell me and the staff he wants his product back .This he told me and my staff and we shipped him the same in the condition it was .So when he got the product and he wanted a resolution why did he not approach the staff considering i was on leave and had notified duly .this is absurd man .

So He Should Have Contacted The Office Instead Of Asking For Returning the Product He Could Have Asked For a Refund Or Something Else We did what He Asked .And You Faheem Are A Thief you Have Stolen My Re262 And EF2A and Also One unit Of Yuin PK3 That You Wanted To Review Till Today You Have Neither Paid Me Nor Returned My Products .What Face Are You Showing Me When You Come And Comment On My Thread .You Should Be Thankful I Have Not Posted My Horror Story On Blog All Across And Not Dragged You In Court .

You did post the complete story on TE if you remember and everything was made clear to you then and there .Yet you go by your own made up lies and stories like you do with every single customer .Your most welcome to post about all the horror stories on whatever blog you want and coming to the dragging someone to court , you should be thankful that customers like Nizar show so much patience towards your pathetic service and haven't yet dragged you to consumer court for cheating and deficiency in services.

That's it! Amarbir, you have absolutely no right to blindly accuse any of the writers as thieves when you have been seriously deviating\avoiding certain actions yourself. You have exploited TE's memberbase for your own use and used it to make people join his forums. You have been questioned now and again and you are manipulating the forum's goodwill. He sold OEM stuff without proper labeling and no proof that whether it was EP630 or the EP430. He even blackmailed Indian Broadband forum's admin when he spoke the truth. You will stoop any lows to earn a quick buck. You also conveniently/"accidentally" skipped serial codes on many bills which questions your ways of doing business. You can fool some people for sometime, but eventually people know.

Amarbir is spiraling towards self-destruction and TE should not entertain him. I fear that people will join TE for the only reason that amarbir does not respond to his NON-TE customers and hence TE's reputation that has taken huge amount of time to be made will be tarnished.

Let him be an example that there will consequences that such people will not prosper in the long run- if you're a dealer or a company personnel. Calling contributors as thieves is plain wrong and unforgivable. He is interested to sell the same earphones covered with somebody else's earwax and IINM- that was a sample given by the company for evaluation.

((Moral of the story: This is exactly the reason its best not to take stuff from dealers for testing. This is how eventually things end especially people like him are on the other end)).
 
1) This is not your and Nizar's personal issue .Its an issue concerning the whole community .You don't expect the mods/staff to sit and solve an issue every time such threads come up against you.

That's the reason everyone wants to know your rules clearly which you have still failed to answer- Is it a rule of your company that every time you are on vacation ,you shut down your sales as well as services completely and if your vacations last for months ,is a previous customer expected to wait for months to avail the services ?

Regarding the stealing story , everyone very well knows how far you can get to make a quick buck ! Like be it in this current case of Nizar by handling him a substandard OEM product costing lot lesser than the one that was advertised and also let everyone know that how low you went , by arranging samples through my contacts at Head-Direct and then asking me to return them to you so that you can sell them at your store . :)

I do hope you answer the query regarding your vacations and services rule .
 
Seriously why do you people even buy stuff from such a person. 3 years since my first & last deal with lynx, this person hasn't changed a bit.

In one post the seller says this deal is not related to TE and in the very next post quotes his so called "Leave Letter" posted in TE. So if the deal isn't related to TE, why cite absence in forum as excuse.

Secondly why should a customer wait, irrespective of seller's personal problems? You sir, even if you are the king of a billion dollar enterprise, who cares? When you are supposed to serve your customer in time, ”YOU HAVE TO"

And why are you people ranting about banning him from forum? Stop buying from him. As simple as that.

You are an unique person on planet earth, who will never change, whatever happens your lame policies written on rocks and I regret to say but why double behavior with non-TE buyers? Is that mean you are free to spoil local/non TE customers? as far your excuse of been in a village with limited Internet, you have broadband Internet connection there.
