not a virus ...don't worry.
one is used to dump deleted files that you normally see in recycle bin & other one is used by system restore.

^^wel said, you might get another folder named $Recycler, thats also a system folder used for dumping deleted files under windows vista and 7

Just ignore them if they are not taking much space
