PC Peripherals My Home Server Rig , any suggestions ?

I am planning to get a Desktop that i intend to use as server at home.

I will be mainly using it for Virtualization and testing purpose for Cloud etc.

Here are the components which i have selected :

AMD FX 8350 - Processor
Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3 - Motherboard
2x 8GB Corsair Vengeance RAM

Any suggestions ?

I need motherboard which can support upto 32 GB RAM with 4 expansion slots, i have selected Gigabyte, but not very sure if it's the right choice.

Any suggestions can be appreciated :)
 
My only suggestion would be .. if your running it as a server you may want to go with a mobo with Good VRM cooling ...although gigabyte offers that in other variants of its 970 series boards .. this one however isnt suitable ... Why not tru an asus or an Asrock Mobo ... they do offer better variants
