My New Gaming Rig is complete now...

Thanks to all the TE members especially Switch and Chaos for their advices...i've learnt a lot from this forum...and from now on you'll see my active participation in this forum (now that i've got my rig :clap: )

by the way you have a Creative X-Fi Xtreme Music but no speakers :huh:

why a LiteOn 16X DVD-RW why not a Asus 1608P3S, LG H12N or Sony AWG170A :S

where did u get the seventeam psu from. was it purchased from india or abroad & also the price n exact model number.

Mine is actually ST-500BKP and not ST-5000 BKV

@Udit: I didn't have any preference of any sorts in DVD RW....had heard a lot about good performance of Liteon drives, so bought one of them...i'm not bothered much if its good or better than others or not....other performance critical components took more of my attention....

Two Reasons:
1. It costs more than double the price of a 1gb ram, and was out of my budget
2. 2gb ram doesn't make much of a difference whie playing (current games are still limited by gpu and video ram, there's hardly any difference in frames/s between 1GB and 2GB)...only while loading games, diff appears and that too minimal (max 5-7secs more)....
