my pc automatically turn on from hibernate/sleep

please help.i have wasted so many times on net to find the solution.

and i dont want to install fresh os.its pain in *>

now i am usin windows 7 premium and whenever i sleep or hibernate my pc it automatically turn on without doing any thing.

please its so important.as i am usind bsnl night plan and i ahve to stay wake up or have to wake up from sleep to start download.and i dont want to do this every day.

I HAVE VERY STRANGE ISSUE WHEN I PUT MY PC AT SLEEP MODE IT RANDOMLY WAKE UP FROM SLEEP MODE. THAT WAS MY MAIN PROBLEM
