My PC restarting with the below error Message

Call/Email PrimeAbGb and take their Contact Details, do not forget to take NAME of store manager or person with whom you talk or is in pool while you managing all.
Provide correct/accurate details to Courier Company, so they force to hand over to same person with whom you are in talk/contact and than only all of your RMA process will go smoothly.

Never do such tricks, if anything goes wrong, then the sender who booked parcel will be in big trouble and may be not bale to claim anything.

Just gave the parcel to ST Couriers of Anupuram who will hand it over to Bluedart tomorrow. Shipping via Bluedart Surface costing Rs.510. No other alternative here to 603127 pincode which is in a remote area of TN. ST Couriers wala told me to call tomorrow evening and after that start tracking in Bluedart. Said will take 6-7days to reach Mumbai. I am hoping that it will go in 1 piece.
I have put bubble wrap inside the original box of the PSU and sealed the outside with transparent tape.

Update: ST Courier wala is asking Rs.1200 for Bluedart Air and telling will reach Mumbai in 2 days. I said no need for Air and went with Surface instead.

While I was in Hyderabad for 22 years its just so easy to book a courier either via DTDC app or Delhivery app. Now I have been waiting since morning and went to the shop 3 times to book the parcel.
 
I was getting crashes while I was browsing or seeing netflix movies all of a sudden in Windows 10. So I searched for the error in the Event Viewer. It showed the below error:
The AMDRyzenMasterDriverV27 service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.
So I searched in Windows forums and I saw a solved reply which said to download an application called Autoruns Utility.
After running the filter for AMDRyzenMaster in Autorun Utility, it shows three places where that stuff is autostarting:

  • AMDRyzenMasterSDKTask AMDRyzenMasterSDKTask (Verified) Advanced Micro Devices Inc. C:\Program Files\AMD\CNext\CNext\cpumetricsserver.exe
  • AMDRyzenMasterDriverV20 AMDRyzenMasterDriverV20: AMD Ryzen Master Service Driver (Verified) Advanced Micro Devices Inc. C:\Windows\system32\AMDRyzenMasterDriver.sys
  • AMDRyzenMasterDriverV22 AMDRyzenMasterDriverV22: AMD Ryzen Master Service Driver (Verified) Advanced Micro Devices Inc. C:\Windows\system32\AMDRyzenMasterDriver.sys
The 1st entry is in task Scheduler which needs to be deleted in admin mode.
The last 2 entries are located in the registry which also need to be deleted in admin mode.

After deleting all 3 entries my problem of crashes and freezes vanished. This info is for anybody who might be getting similar crashes or freezes in their AMD systems.

My PC is freezing after some time of browsing but does not show any errors in Event Viewer. I need to hard press the power key to shutdown and restart it again. What could be the problem? Please tell. Thanks.

Yes my Ram is on XMP.

While my PC is freezing the event viewer is showing the following error:

I tried to google for a solution, it is saying to diable AMD's fTPM in bios but I am using Windows 11 which requires AMD's fTPM in bios. So need some other solution. Please tell me can I disable the AMD's fTPM in bios while running Windows 11 and be safe with it. Thanks.
If I buy any dTPM and enable it then this problem is going away.
So please suggest some good dTPM 2.0 modules anywhere in India.

I ve got the same issue today for the first time, Did you find any solution? for me it happens when cpu intensive task such as i run 4 virtual machines at a time.

For me Kernel Power 41 event is because of my PSU. As I replaced it the restarts went away.
But because of SCEP error as shown in the event viewer my PC just freezes. I had to hardpress it to shutdown and restart.

I recently removed the processor and cleaned it and repasted it. While installing the new PSU a month ago I completely disassembled my PC and reassembled it again. I removed the CPU from the Mobo, removed the GPU, removed the RAM, removed the front panel connections and connected all of them back.
But I did not remove the NMVE from the Mobo.
Maybe I should underclock my CPU.
Please show some guide as to how to underclock 5600x in a Gigabyte Mobo.
I am now afraid of AMD CPU & GPU because of this error.

My issue is new it started today. even i do have ryzen cpu. Ll monitor for few days and see if problem persists again ill let you know. BTW how do you know it was psu mine also says kernel power 41. you said you replaced it still you are getting those issue?

Kernel power Event 41 is different from SCEP Event 86.
41 is because of PSU. If you run PSU test via OCCT app if it restarts then it's a PSU issue. Check it first.
After I bought the new PSU I ran the same PSU test via OCCT and it ran without any issues and completed it.

Now this SCEP Event 86 is because of old CPUs which are either overheating or old mobos.
So for my Event 86 I need to check with underclocking my 5600x.
