My PC restarting with the below error Message

ll run this first. btw way i have older cpu than you got 3700x lol
BTW what Mobo do you have?
Mine is Gigabyte A520M-DS3H which has limited overclocking options because to underclock we need to have curve optimiser which my Mobo don't have. Even to set negative offset of 25 I don't have these options at all.
I have PBO which I disabled.
I have PBO Scalar which I put to Manual and set x10 as the next limit.
Disabled the AMDfTPM.
Need to play a game tomorrow to see whether it freezes or not?

After I underclocked my processor using the limited options available in my A520 mobo my crashes & freezes stopped all of a sudden. I am still in the test mode right now since 3 days and will again report after seeing 30 more days. So for every one who might be experiencing restarts, crashes or freezes with their AMD AM4 processors can do a underclock in their bioses and can maybe stop the BSODs.
I enabled AMDfTPM now but no freezes now. But put PBO to Disabled & PBO Scalar to x10. I dont have Curve Optimiser though because my Mobo is a basic one but any B550 mobos will have all the options for underclocking.

I ran all the test from the software you mentioned for 30 mins. worked fine. i use X570 motherboard. i keep it stock never underclocked nor over clocked any component.

Did you try to claim warranty for antec?
I'm facing similar issue with random restarts, sometimes with blue screen and have the same PSU under warranty.
Primeabgb just now called me and told me to pay return shipping charges for my Antec 750w PSU which they said came back from RMA with a new sealed piece. They said that they will despatch by today evening and will share the tracking number as soon as I pay the shipping charges and send the payment receipt to them. It was bought on October, 19th, 2019 and it comes with 7 years warranty so how much warranty is still left? For how much should I put it for sale? Please tell me. Thanks.

Around 4k should be good.

Antec PSU returned just now from Primeangb via DTDC and the following pics shows that the RMA unit isnt a sealed one but opened one. Should I be concerned about it? But the unit is looking new though. The warranty on it is showing 5 years but I think I have is 1 year plus approx. Since I already bought a new one how much should I put this one for sale here?

Just now when I called Primeabgb about me recieving unsealed unit they told me to test it and mail them on Monday. I already paid Rs.510 to send to them & again paid Rs.350 to them to send it to me. Now if I need to send it back then its gonna cost same. Such recklessness. Such unprofessional behaviour. They sold me an imporyed unit in 2019 where it needs to be sent only to them and now this. It looks good though.

I am again getting a BSOD and my PC restarted. While I checked the Event Viewer, it shows the following error message:

SCEP Certificate enrollment initialization for Local system via https://amd-keyid-907d65e9b562315997dd5ad086b2b7598957b92c.microsoftaik.azure.net/templates/Aik/scep failed:

The server name or address could not be resolved 0x80072ee7 (WinHttp: 12007 ERROR_WINHTTP_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED)

Can anybody help me in this regard? Thanks.

People here have suggested updating to the lastest BIOS including the fTPM.

You should also make sure that you have all the latest drivers installed including the AMD Chipset drivers.

Also try this:
**QUICK UPDATE**

My apologies for not returning to this thread sooner. I have been preoccupied the past few months. This problem is no longer persistent on my system. However, the answer isn't exactly straightforward. One aspect is that I have had several new Windows 11 builds installed since the onset, as I'm a part of the Windows Insider Program on the Beta Channel. This alone could have, and most likely, resolved the issue. However, at the same time, i was having a battle over GPU drivers, AMD in particular. I had the AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition installed but Microsoft had their own AMD drivers that kept getting auto installed every time a new build was pushed. I am guessing these drivers were to ensure compatibility with these Beta Windows 11 Builds. I believe there was an error i was seeing in Event Viewer with there not being a signed credential for these AMD drivers. I finally figured out how to deny their installation (unchecking the box in the following setting: Control Panel\System\Advanced System settings\Hardware\Device Installation Settings\ "Do you want to automatically download manufacturers apps and custom icons for your device?" Check NO. I don't know if this will help any of you but its worth a try as it will not have any downside (other than you having to manually check for MS Office updates). I am finally able to keep my Adrenaline Drivers direct from the AMD website, as after some testing they were operating my RX 6700 at higher clock rates and higher FPS than the alternatives. Despite all the hassle, i also didn't want to leave the Insider Program, as it's my 7th year and i enjoy testing these new builds. Good luck everyone. Hope this helps at least a couple of you. Take Care.

I updated my Mobo bios to the latest one long back. I also tried to Reset TPM from Windows & Bios as well but no result. All I can do is Disable AMD fTPM from bios but my MS Defender was giving prompts to enable it, So enabled TPM from Bios.
I followed the steps given in Here in Reddit
Open task scheduler -> Task Scheduler Library -> Microsoft -> Windows -> CertificateServicesClient
Right click and disable everything inside. And that's it!

I need to see for more than a week if the above steps have given positive results or not. I will update here after 10 days.

@bssunilreddy by chance it's AMD processor issue, random issue like Intel 13/14th Gen, that not all users are facing but that particular GEN processor know to have issue in particular environment or use?
