**QUICK UPDATE**
My apologies for not returning to this thread sooner. I have been preoccupied the past few months. This problem is no longer persistent on my system. However, the answer isn't exactly straightforward. One aspect is that I have had several new Windows 11 builds installed since the onset, as I'm a part of the Windows Insider Program on the Beta Channel. This alone could have, and most likely, resolved the issue. However, at the same time, i was having a battle over GPU drivers, AMD in particular. I had the AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition installed but Microsoft had their own AMD drivers that kept getting auto installed every time a new build was pushed. I am guessing these drivers were to ensure compatibility with these Beta Windows 11 Builds. I believe there was an error i was seeing in Event Viewer with there not being a signed credential for these AMD drivers. I finally figured out how to deny their installation (unchecking the box in the following setting: Control Panel\System\Advanced System settings\Hardware\Device Installation Settings\ "Do you want to automatically download manufacturers apps and custom icons for your device?" Check NO. I don't know if this will help any of you but its worth a try as it will not have any downside (other than you having to manually check for MS Office updates). I am finally able to keep my Adrenaline Drivers direct from the AMD website, as after some testing they were operating my RX 6700 at higher clock rates and higher FPS than the alternatives. Despite all the hassle, i also didn't want to leave the Insider Program, as it's my 7th year and i enjoy testing these new builds. Good luck everyone. Hope this helps at least a couple of you. Take Care.
