Laptops My Review: Lenovo ThinkPad X120e

Folks, there are a few variants of the X120e floating around. mainly the difference is 5400rpm/7200rpm HDD. There's also a variant with e-240 that comes with win 7 starter. Just fyi... the specs http://www.lenovo.com/shop/americas/content/pdf/notebooks/ThinkPad/x-series/ThinkPad%20x120e.pdf

Yes. As i'm not gonna be running very taxing apps on the x120e 4gb of ram was enough for me

waiting for the delivery.. however i have one question ..

does it supports more than 4 GB of ram.??

the site says maximum is 4 gb

True.. Don't think there is a model offered on Amazon/newegg without the OS.

Frankly, I don't like the preloads... You anyways have to wipe the system to get rid of the bloatware

Yupp.. update your Bios & drivers (just get the ThinkPad system update utility)...

Also, turn-off powerplay function in the catalyst control centre.

also, is the bag a standard bag or built for the x120e?
