My triband faces frequent disconnection.

I got some issue using triband. I am using plan 499 having speed of 512kbps. But offlate i am experiencing frequent disconnection while using the net. The ADSL just goes off suddenly while using and then again comes to stable. This keeps on happening for the entire day(been facing this problem for more than a week).
I called up their CC, they say everything's fine from their side and said that launch a complaint at 198 for line problem. The lineman also replaced the line, but still problem persists.

I observed this strange thing today.. my net was on since yesterday night without interruption and it worked like a charm until evening when there was a DC. Seriously dont know what it the problem.
Can anyone of u throw in some idea as to how to solve the problem.
 
I too have mtnl. Go to the event viewer and see the logs mostly i think its the DNS servers timing out.

I use four DNS servers and clean my DNS cache daily so i dont get disconnected much.

The DNS servers are:

59.185.0.23

59.185.0.50

203.94.227.70

203.94.243.70
 
There is problem from MTNL, call center guys don't know about anything except modem configuration & dns settings. Even you lodge complaint online or offline they either really don't know anything about (or may be pretened so) & after few time (may be in days or weeks) all is well. .... And one fine morning (when your triband work EXCELLENT in 365 days, you too may amazing how) you will get a call from MTNL "सब बराबर चल रहा है ना" & I always found callers tone similar to "प्लास्टिक, बाटली, चप्पल भंगाssssर वाले ssssssssssss" :rofl:

There must be lot of people in same boat, MTNL very well know where the problem is & trying to fix it. Just seat ideally cross your finger for that fine morning. :(

If not than try to contact Broadband DGM @ Pranhadevi ... IIRC
