Project Looking Glass runs on Windows

Running Project Looking Glass (LG3D) on Windows is very easy :-) The core part of LG3D is built using platform independent Java technology which means that it can run on many platforms. So, it runs on Windows (although there are some limitations). In order to simplify the installation process significantly, the LG3D Installer exe has been released. This document describe how to install and run LG3D on your Windows system using the installer.

I didn't mean to offend you by that. But since you had posted this yesterday and people had been eagerly awaiting your reply (some 18 posts) about the application so thought would share it with people.

And regarding your other questions. I think everyone is here for sharing and gaining knowledge. Everyone plays their bit when they get time. You might be very old member and might have posted some good articles/stuff but so as others.

@tarun - Its ok dude u posted about the software , agree with you that we all are here

for sharing stuff.

But it was just a matter of few seconds that i was gonna post the huge list

of 3D desktop enhancments in the apps section u posted abt the software here.

Well, its all right. But just a piece of advice for you. Next time when you post such uncommon application (which others don't know about and eagerly await) do write a small info that you are going to post about the application later. So that others (in this case me) don't post the info as they won't know when you are going to post it.

I have no clue, why people would want to used these kinda desktops, which do nothing buy hog memory, a LOT of it, and use 10% CPU, when opening folders ..

Guess you guys arent performance freaks.. -.-

I format completely, even if I feel that my PC is a bit slower than it was yesterday -.-.

Ad1 so do i clean and neat.

But sometims i try and you know seriously i feel after installing any themes and uinstalling it PC feels weird.

Why in God's name are you OC'ing so much if you're not using all those oodles of processing power for stuff like this? :ohyeah:

Seriously, go to your Task Manager and tell me the duration of your "System Idle Process" :bleh:

looks futuristic but is it good for power usage? does it help productivity in anyway? not putting it down in anyway, just curious.

I have tried this that and everything years Wb , widgets , blackbox , talisman , sphere xp ....and i always comedown to a sober looking theme in the end and if there was anything graphical enhancement that i really liked was the dock icons ... that was a kool idea. .
