Alright, this has been a harrowing experience for me, to say the least. Around a couple of months back, after asking whether they had the items in stock, I placed an order for a Steelpad QcK Heavy and 2 Intellimice 1.1. I was told that i should get them in 5-7 days.
Since there was a delay on part of the courier company through whom I'd sent the cheque, it reached Abhi only after 5 days or so. So he promised me the stuff would arrive next week.
But next week also there was nothing. All i kept getting were lame excuses, like yes we are shipping it etc etc..
I finally received my QcK heavy in Feb end, and I was told that the Intellimouse was out of stock and I should get it the coming week.
After that, it has been only excuses and more excuses on their behalf. I call up Abhi, and I am told to find out the status from Saurabh (another V-S rep) and so on and so forth. Then one fine day Saurabh tells me that they are unable to get the mice and he will order it from TATA Chroma in Mumbai and gives me a date on which I can expect it to arrive. That date comes and still nothing.
I have to call him up to find out whats happening and he tells me that it is out of stock there as well.
So i tell him to offer me a refund nearly 2 weeks ago now, and he says I would get it after 3-4 days. After 3-4 days I still get nothing, and on calling him up I find out that there was some problem in my account and cash can not be deposited, so he tells me a cheque will be deposited.
On Saturday i got an SMS from him saying that the cheque has been deposited, but when I checked my account I had nothing. On calling him up he said he would clarify. Even today morning there is nothing in my account yet and I am still waiting for his clarification.
I didnt want to bring this out in the public, but enough is enough and I really want compensation for all this that I have gone through.
At the least, after reading this hopefully I will get my refund soon.
