Mysterious internet connection via..

Yesterday i was not able to connect to internet, so i messed with the Create a new connection wizard.

I dont know what and how, but i got created some sort of connection through which i was able to connect the net via someone else's connection over the Lan. I also got another network led icon on my systray, it says Connected to XYZ users connection.

But now i re-inst windows n lost all that settings.

Can you help me figure out what exactly happened in this case and what sort of connection i created using the connection wizard???

I've Exattnet 256kbps.
 
Its looks like u created a Dialup Connection for some other User on your own comp. And when u connect from any other user other than the one u created for u get the message.

thx, but no i didnt do anything like that as per my knowledge.
