N73 firmware update !

I tried updating my n73 and it didnt happen . . It said that my service provider dont support new update and when i retried it didnt even recognise my phone . . How do i update it then . . My service provider is Airtel and firmware is v 4.0738.3.1.1 . . Any help any one who tried updates and were successful unlike me . .

well why dont to download the nokia updater.connect the phone thrugh data cable and update its easy.
