N86 or W995?

i would like to buy one of these.
my requirements are mobile having good music player and good camera. I also dont want touch screen. i prefer slider phones.
Thats y i listed out there phones. my budget is 18k. do u have any other suggestions? between these two which one i should go? please suggest.

Well it depends on your requirements , N86 has a better screen , AMOLED 16 M Colors vs TFT 256k Colors . W995 is sleeker and lighter . W995 has slightly better audio output . N86 has a slightly better camera (wider lens , dual LED flash , Variable aperture , better video recording) . N86 has 8GB internal memory vs 120 mb on the W995 . N86 is a smartphone with an OS , W995 is not .

You can checkout the Sony Ericsson C905 which has a much better camera .

I hope a lot of guys here are joking ..how can someone compare N86 with a crap like W995 .. N86 all the way .. the best non-touch device till date.. dont compare it to crap devices pls :)
Camera , sound quality, build quality , stability, apps of symbian os , battery life .. you name it everything is so much better on N86 ..

Firstly, that phone comes with Walkman 3 and inbuilt earphones which easily out perform the N86 in the sound department. Also the camera module in the W995 is EXACLTY the same as that as the C905, so I'd like to see the N86 come close to that. Besides, as far as I know Sony Ericsson phones can be hacked with modified accoustics and camera drivers. I'd like to see the N86 even TOUCH a modded W995.

PS - I own a Sony Ericsson and Nokia phone but I lean a bit more to Sony Ericsson side :lol:

@ OP , Why not SE Aino ?? It has limited touchscreen functionality ... N86 and W995 are quite old ...

Meh, dont recommend the Aino. Its 19k and not worth the price over the W995, might as well get the the fancy Vivaz then. I use the Aino and not too satisfied with it .... :(

I had N86 on my wish list about 3 months back too, used a friends and didnt really feel that its worth the almost 20K.

@ OP, for the price of the N86, you probably would get the HTC Legend or the SE X10 Mini Pro, why not go the Android way?

^^ how is its camera quality and music quality (in headphones and without headphone). ??

what abt yhe body ? is it fine or u face any problem with the body metal? How abt its slider?
