i know this is a pretty old issue google itself can gives hundreds of results with "NDIS.sys Issues" string but unfortunately i m unable to get a satisfying answer to my problem 
every time i get NDIS.sys issue my Firewall setting gets completely screwed i have to uninstall/reinstall my Firewall and again do the settings
my Firewall is Sygate Personal Firewall 5.5 build 2710
i have already followed these links but issue remains please help
