Need 2 laptops in chennai

Hi,

My cousins need the good laptop(2 nos.) for their final B.E. Semester. The budget is 30k to 35k. Can anybody guide what is the good config. for this budget and where to buy in chennai. Will we get two machines, can we expect any discount? or Can i wait for new year start to any offers.

But i need to take decision in this week to prepare money for these. Pls it is urgent.
 
Any from Dell/HP/Compaq/Acer. Look at a minimum of 3 GB of RAM, 250 GB/320 GB HDD & Core i3 350/370 processors... DO NOT buy a Core 2 Duo/Pentium Dual Core even if they have more clock speed (like 2.4 GHz Core 2 Duo over 2.23 GHz i3)... Not many Discounts going around these days, so you might have to try you luck... The base Dell Inspiron 15/14 models are your best bet...
