21-30k Need a 13inch laptop thats light and smooth !

My current 11.6 inch acer aspire one 725 is getting old and kepps hanging on even small tasks. i only surf , watch movies , listen to music , skype . i feel 13inch is best size and dont want anything heavy. i really liked everything in this laptop except no hdd. attaching a external one everytime is cumbersome and annoying so i would like one to have a 250 gb harddisk atleast. so anything like this with a harddisk.

I would recommend the same too purely on the specs, I am wondering has anyone checked this laptop in person, I hope the keyboard is solid and tactile, I use a think-pad T440p for work and I quite like this keyboard, also I bought my sis the dell 11.6, which has a really fantastic keyboard too. My wife bought a 25k HP laptop the keyboard is appalling, cheap plastic keys.
