Monitors Need a 22"-24" Monitor

Hi,
I need nothing fancy, no HDMI, USB ports etc. Remember I said don't need so I really won't care if it is present. Just don't rule out a good monitor if it has USB ports or something like that. Monitor must be full HD. I'll be using it for gaming. I would also like to know, should I go for Dell's PVA or a LED monitor?
 
No need to spend 20k on monitor.

Spend 11k and buy a good gfx (ATI 5770 @ 11k) with the rest of the money.

Don't spend money just coz u have it. Spend wisely.
