Need a 32bit dos file manager for use under windows 7/xp dos mode

hello guys i am in search of a dos manager which can run under the windows 7 recovery environment. Because some viruses are only cleanable under the dos mode. And also for performing operations like copy, move under the dos mode because the command line is very tedious. The tool should be like norton commander but it should be more advanced... plz advice
