Hello people, I am looking for an UL plan in 64 or 128kbps for browsing and mail checking alone. Is there such plan available with BSNL or airtel or with any other ISP with good CC and quality of service ?. The max. monthly budget should not go beyond Rs.400. I dont want any wireless ISP (USB dongle thing) as i heard the signal will be pathetic and incapable of configuring it for WIFI. Please suggest a good plan for Chennai...
