Need a Bluetooth headset

Hi guys....I am planning to buy a bluetooth headset to be used with my cell phone and my PC.I wanted a headset with good music quality in less than 2.5k. Please suggest,thanks in advance

Does Bluetooth version matters while selecting a headset........my phone has V2.0 ....will it be compatible with higher versions???
