WTB Need a budget CPU cooler & internal hard drive

I am looking to buy a decent budget CPU cooler that supports the AM4 socket. Also looking to buy a internal hard drive of 4tb to act as a dump for data.

Would prefer air coolers since liquid coolers are more expensive. Unless someone is selling a liquid cooler at a great deal.

Bump, Deepcool Gammaxx 400 V2 will be the most ideal one though open to others as well.
