WTB need a budget smartphone urgent

as the title says,i need a budget smartphone within 7k.must be quadcore,preferably mt6589 and have 1 gb of ram . plus a 5inch display is a must.

At this price you won't get HD screen and low resolution on 5 inch phone will look pathetic.
