Only CPU is needed, as I wish to use my existing LG Flatron Monitor.

Motherboard > Gigabyte GA-H61M-D2-B3
RAM > Corsair 4GB DDRIII 1333MHz
HDD > Seagate 500GB 7200.12
GPU > MSI R6770-MD1GD 1GB GDDR5 (or) MSI R6570-MD1GD3 LP (or)
Asus NVidia Geforce GT520 - 1GB DDR3
Monitor > None
Cabinet > ????
PSU/SMPS > Corsair CX430 v2
Key Board > Logitech SET - Optical Blk Mouse+ MMKB
Mouse > NA
ODD > Samsung 22X SATA DVD
Speakers > Not Required
CPU Cooler > Cooler Master CPU Fan - Hyper TX3 (????)
I am going to purchase at Challeger Computers, Chennai ( http://www.challengerpage.in/pricelist.html ) as that shop is nearby my home.
My existing PC is shutting down abruptly due to Heatsink problem.
So, I have added a CPU cooler for safety. Is it worth?

Yes, but open to suggestions. Basically, I don't want to invest again in PC for 3 more years.
