Need a cheap and reliable router with good after sales service

My belkin N150 router stopped working.So need a new one. Don't need something with all bells and whistles>need something cheap(not more than Rs.3500) and reliable with a good after sales service.I don't need one with a lot of range.Just need wifi in a couple of rooms that's all.Don't need features like printer sharing,QoS or guest network access.I guress there is no point going for a 802.11n router when ac router are not that expensive.Also would like a usb port ideally usb 3 port where i can connect a portable HDD for photos or movie sharing with tv via DLNA or other means.Don't need a gigabit wired connection
Please don't suggest a chinese product.
