WTB Need a Cheap Tablet/PMP, Even Broken Ones Are Acceptable.

I need a Tablet/PMP for private project. The requirements are
1. Maximum screen size should be 7 inch.
2. Touch screen (for non androids).
3. Major components should work (screen, audio, usb port, power port)
4. Al least support OTG.
5. Maximum price <=2500
6. Expandable memory (SD)

Things i don't care
1. Scratches, cracks on body. Even completely broken body is ok.
2. Battery, with or without.
2. Non functioning camera, power adapter,internal speaker, accessories like headset, hdmi cable etc.
3. wifi.

Things i like as bonus.
1. Android ver >3.1
2. USB host along with OTG.
3. Bluetooth.
