Need a Comp Config within 20k

I'm looking forward to buy a PC which will tend to home needs.
I have the monitor, keyboard mouse, and cabinet all i need is the core components which i need to totally upgrade.
Right from Ram Sticks to Processor
Budget 20K.

i'd like to scrap the insides of my Cabinet and upgrade everything
SO monitor, keyboard, Mice, and Cabinet only will stay just the core components of the cabinet will change

dude get wht i suggested ! you dont need anything more for a download rig !

btw if its 24x7 get intel ! amd seems to have lower life :)

get e5200 dual core ! :)
 
+1 for buddingwhizkid config
your current needs are modest so no point in wasting moolah
the amount saved will get you better upgrades like better gfx card 6 month later
also that x3 proccy is super VFM if you don't oc
