Laptops Need a decent lappy for a friend

My friend wants to buy a gud lappy ... his budget is around 40k , can extend it to 45k if it is worth it...
normal use, but needs a descent Graphic card also ......
suggestions needed

Look for a compaq notebook with AMD dual core option ..they have a nice range there
