It is always wise to have a higher powered psu than your current need, which give enough room to expand later on (for example if you want to add a more powerfull gpu or cpu).Seasonic use better quality capacitor than its competitor specially at this price range.

So here is what i have narrowed down to and i have decided to increase the budget to anything for ultra setting on full HD.
I am even ready to wait till Nov for COD GHOST.

GPU = AMD HD7850 2GB.
PSU = Seasonic S12II 520 Watts
Motherboard = GA-H61M-D2H

For CPU i saw a problem for another user. here is the link of that forum.

he mentioned that is getting only 24 fps and not expected 60fps.
Do you suggest any better cpu?
