Budget 21-30k Need a gaming pc..

I need a gaming pc...
My current rig is
1. Intel C2D e7500
2. 4Gb ram (2X2) ddr2
3. some cheap motherboard which has pci 1.1 or 1.0 ( yes not even pci 2.0 )
4. ati 4550 hd 1 gfx
5. 450 watts PSU
6.. Intel stock cooler

My needs are
1. It should have hdmi-in support ( provided by asrock mobos only )( for playstation 4th)
2. Liquider cooler ( i wont oc but i need it )
3. good looking case but nt costly

i think about this rig
1. intel i5 4430
2. Asrock h87 fatality performance / z87pro4 / z87 extreme 4 ( not "m" )
3. Any ram of 1600Mhz 6Gb (2+4) ( i will oc them to 200Mhz)
4.Corsair 200R and 2 Corsair case fans
5. Corsiar liquid cooler
6.i will upgrade the gpu later ...
7. Same PSU
8. logtech wireless keyboard
9. 7200rpm 500 hdd and 32 gb ssd ( both should be of Sata 3 6gb\s)


Please give suggestions and provide prices...

i think you will get around 8k for that.
CPU+mobo=4k
ram-1.2k
gfx card-hardly 2k

psu-1k,assuming it is a generic one

These are max you will get.

Dude, you are expecting this system in 30k budget. Seriously :eek: :banghead:
Preparing a system with Haswell CPU, you need minimum 50k-60k

Did you checked the prices of above items?
Your existing PSU won't work with Haswell.
CPU+Mobo itself is consuming 80% of your budget.
CPU+Mobo+PSU consumed 100%.
Arrange money to remaining components.

So either double your budget or lower your expectations.
Also use the template given here before asking suggestions, it will help both to you and TE members to understand your requirements and guide you to buy what is required instead of what you can afford.

Edit:
Check the compatible PSU at this location for Haswell CPUs.
