Need a Gaming Rig

Plz suggest a new gaming rig in around 60k , which will onlyinclude a CPU and cabinet (i.e. excluding monitor speakers etc.).No cd drive needed

I need an CORE 2 duo processor and a good graphic card .

I m gonna use this rig for next 3 yrs with upgrades of around 4-5k every 6 months . So, i can compromise with hardisks and ram as i can get it later. Major suggestions needed in motherboard , processor and graphic card.:huh:

ASUS P5B Deluxe/P5WDH Deluxe - 12.5k/13.5k (you can find a sparingly used board at a lower price in the market section)

You forgot memory: 2GB Transcend DDR2-667 - 7.2k (or get a quality DDR2-800 kit from memoryC.com)

XFX or Leadtek 8800GTS - 22-26k (depending on whether you buy the 320 or 640mb card)

This will also leave some cash for you to get a decent chassis/case like the Antec Superlanboy.

I say get DDR2 667 only if no overclocking with a 640MB GTS.Otherwise DDR2 800 with 320MB GTS

id suggest u go with RiO's suggestion as he stated the best out of ur budget..

but id say u go for 1gb ram now of higher freq.(1000 instead of 800) and add 1gb later on.

u also might need a new PSU so try getting a 500watt one.. as it wud be enough for this setup

get in ram from memoryc or wht rio suggested next go in for the COOLERMASTER 600W or may be even a power safe psu as u will need a good PSU
