Need a good phone for talking ONLY

Hi Friends

I got a request from my father-in-law to suggest him a good phone for talking only.

His priority are like below without any restriction on price.

1. Must have good voice quality

2. Should last long till next charge

3. Should have speaker phone

4. Should be durable in village/dusty environment

5. If torch is attached its an added advantage but not a deal breaker

And he does not need Camera, GPRS, MMS, FM, Music Player, Internet, etc ....

Request you to please suggest a phone for him.

If you are rough user & need Tough phone than Nokia/Samsung will do.

About sound quality till I use Motorola, Nokia, Sony-Ericsson & now Samsung.

Motorola is good in sound equal to Samsung but way behind than Samsung at that time (5-6 years back).

Nokia/Sony far away (don't know about latest products but Nokia 5130xp & SE K750i & GDxxx)

Samsung is way better go with Buy Samsung E2152 at Best Price in India - Also find Specifications, Photos, Features & Reviews is DUAL SIM as in village area still Network is problem & you can use 2 sim from different service provider (1 must be from BSNL).

Battery backup is good for above model as my friend using same.

Finally, I bought Samsung Guru E1175 @ Rs 1150/- from a store @ MG Road, Pune. The call quality is good. But I must say the stereo FM (when hearing on earphone) is superb. I really liked the FM quality with earphone (not with the phone speaker) in a damn cheap mobile.

But there are other Guru models too available like E1085 and the store keeper was saying 1085 is the latest model than 1175. I did not care him and gone by the TE members recommendation :-)
