Budget 71-90K Need a laptop for casual gaming and college

Looking for a laptop for my sister, she's been using a beat-down Athlon laptop. She wants to play games like Call of duty warzone, but she also would probably play other big titles. She is also looking to keep it for a long while. In terms of battery as long as it lasts for 6 hours or so with light usage, she is okay with it. She also doesn't care about how the laptop looks or how heavy it would be.

IMHO, 16 GB RAM and anything more than 4 (P) cores is the minimum right?

Gaming laptops will not have great battery life. And, they will be heavy which in your case is no problem.

Have a look at the Lenovo Legion series, Asus Strix series, and HP Victus series. Acer Nitro is lower in terms of quality, that's the general perception & experience.

Are you sure she wants all this? It feels like the brother himself is trying to score a spec'd out gaming laptop.

Legion 5 is good VFM.
Ended up getting the Legion 5 (5800H + 3060) Got it for like 89K INR at one of the Lenovo Exclusive stores nearby. Funny deal is how they had a similar model with different model number, that was priced 10K more, IDK how but after a few calls, got the same model for the price I saw online. Paid another 3K for additional 2 years of warranty (accidental damages included!)
