Need a Modem + Router Under 3k

Guys need a Modem + Router, so i have shortlisted the following need your suggestion which one is good and how is the wifi range among these


1.D-LINK DSL 2750U
2.Belkin N300
3.TP-Link : TD-W8961ND

Of the above DLink has the best range and Belkin has the worst

^i find DLink much cheaper over here too than Belkin, So DLink it is then..

I have the Belkin its range is less than my old Netgear but then again its better in penetration than my old router so i get better signal in the other room but i get zero signal outside my house where my Netgear signal is available at around 8% strength.
