Need a Motorola mobile at Rs.7000

hi guys just now i received scholarship of 7000 INR .. so i want to buy a phone. but i am interested in motorola only.i can also champe my mind to other brands if it is customizable like motos.also i am from hyderabad so tell me the place where mobiles especially motorola phones are available at best price..i mentioned my budget so guys give some suggestions. thanks in advance.

Btw mention whats more important for u in mobile. Whether u need 3G/ Camera is more important/ Music/ Touch screen etc....
