Hey i was just browsing Prime abgb website and i read bout this combo - Asus P8H61-M LX MB, Intel Core i3-2120, Corsair 4GB DDR3 RAM for 10,900
is it a good deal and will it fit my requirements?
also can i pair the msi geforce560 twin frozr with this combo?

You will get a cut down H61 based motherboard, it will lack features like -- USB 3.0, crippled memory support [just 2 DIMM's that also supporting only 1333MHz RAM] and basically it is a way to clear dead stock from their inventory.

Also the 4GB DDR III RAM is the 1333MHz variant not the 1600MHz variant.

Try to go for --

1) Corsair Vengeance OR G.Skill RIPJAWS 2GB x2 1600MHz modules ~1800/- [Intel Sandy-Bridge integrated memory controller perform at optimum levels with RAM of this frequency]
2) AMD HD 7850 2GB ~15000/- [leads the GTX 560Ti by a decent margin in most benchmarks and takes a lot lesser power to boot]
