Okay i hate phones and don't need/use one. The only reason i am gonna buy one is because my company is gifting Rs.15k to all its officers to buy a phone.They do that once every three yrs.(They should have offerred 25k to buy a 360 or something

So tell me what phone should i get. It should have the foll:-
1)Great music quality
2)good camera
3)decent battery life and shouldn't be ugly looking or annoying to use.
4)good screen? for video playback?
Built in GPS would be great but i don't think they sell such phones for 15k or do they?
