Features wise:
POCO X6 Neo 5G (Martian Orange, 8GB RAM, 128GB Storage) AMOLED Display | Dimensity 6080 Processor | 5000 mAh Battery + 33W Fast Charging | 108MP + 2MP Rear Camera & 16MP Front Camera @ 12k
Price wise:
Samsung Galaxy M15 5G Prime Edition (Celestial Blue,6GB RAM,128GB Storage)| Super AMOLED Display| 50MP Triple Cam| 6000mAh Battery| MediaTek Dimensity 6100+| 4 Gen. OS Upgrade & 5 Year Security Update @ 12k

I prefer POCO X6 Neo 5G any day.

Moto g45.
Next consideration will be CMF but it will cross the budget
Moto G45 5G (8GB/128GB) SD 6s gen3 does not have AMOLED Display & 720p resolution not even 1080p/FHD at least which is given by all other brands in this price range though.
CMF by Nothing Phone 1(6GB/128GB) Dimensity 7300 5G under 15k is best but it does not come with a charger so another 1k for this. So under 16k this phone is best.

Amoled is not that necessary but if available it will be added bonus.

In my opinion, software is far more important than specs. For the past few years, I've almost exclusively bought Motorola phones under 25k for my family. We never have to deal with bloatware, and none of the Motorola phones have failed us.
Unfortunately, I can't say the same for other brands QC in this price range.
When it comes to Samsung, I only trust their flagship models and a few A series phones. Anything below 20k is a definite no-go for me.

But my main concern is for fhd display and some good processor according to the budget.
I mean if you want a bigger screen then the Samsung is probably a bit on the smaller size and the processor isn't that good either. At this price it's basically a tradeoff between performance and screens. Camera are more or less the same in the budget segment.
Btw Samsung seems to be dropping a new phone around the 10k mark soon from what I see on flipkart. It's the F06 5G, so you could wait for it if you don't immediately need a new phone.

Isn't there some balance in between
I mean the tradeoff is basically amoled vs led, so there isn't really much scope for balance. The M15 is the only amoled contender I know of at this price range. If you go FHD, then you will probably be able to get a larger, higher res screen pretty easily. You could go for brands like IQoo and Poco if you really want to get the most out of your money since they usually offer the best processors but compromise a bit on build quality and bloat.

It is like non-existent to me as I don't really want it to be specifically amoled

Don't every brand does so in this budget.
