I need a wireless router for the following needs:
1. Service 1 laptop, 1 tablet, 1 phone. Tablet mainly - Acer A500.
2. Must have USB port where I can hook up a drive - to access the contents and play them (HD Rips - max. 4GB size, mostly 720p).
3. If possible, two USB ports. One for future 3/4G dongle. One for the drive.
4. If possible, allow access to my PC files - audio/video.
5. Area of the house: 2000 sq.ft. Max. three brick walls for any point from the location; mostly it is two walls.
6. I don't upgrade with a passion. Should last for at least 3 years.
7. Budget: Prefer to spend ~3k. At the most 5k, only if the value is compelling.
8. Pl. note that I live in a very small place. Would be buying on-line. No cust.support expected, so setup must be reasonably hassle-free. I let sleeping dogs lie, so once setup I wouldn't be tinkering with it unless it becomes essential. Walk-in service would not be possible. Would need to ship for getting service.
9. Intend to place the router next to the current BSNL ADSL modem.
10. The new router would be connected to a BSNL WA3002G4 braodband modem.
Thanks in advance!
