Need A Software to Monitor CPU Temperatures

hi,
My config is E8400 Asus P5Q 2 GB Ram hd 4670.. Im a little worried with the temperature voltage and fan speed. Is there a software through which i can monitor and and which distinguishes between normal and high.. Intel had it with their p4 socket boards, but i get freaked out when im gaming thinking about the temperatures.

K thanks now what would my normal temp be and what is too high lol im a little bit of a noob when it comes to applications like these..

For E8400 in CoreTemp 45~55 C idle

your GPU should idle between 52~60 C
