Need a tablet at 15k max

Hello Everyone,i need a Tablet that should be of 15k maximum and should have:

Atleast 3megapixel cam..

Capacitive Touch.

USB on the Go Feature.

Any O/S(However Android will be good)

Screen size should be minimum 7 inch(a 10 inch will be good to have)

It will be mainly used for Ebook Reading as i already have Laptop and a Android Galaxy Y mobile too!

Except "usb on the go" Blackberry Playbook 16/32 GB variants should fulfill your requirements. It has a front cam of 3 MP and rear cam 5 MP. The screen size is 7 in and it's quite good for reading ebooks (I have purchased it primariliy for the same purpose and quite content with the readability).

Playbook is a excellent choice.It is also better built than any other tablet in 15k range.

Will it support USB Host/On the Go,if i buy it now?
