Budget 2-3kmax
Backup-15 mins /+5mins.
600/650VA(at this price range i can't expect anything more)
Because I am preferring powercomm or apc.
Any feedback on iball nirantar products.
Are they really good?

I would suggest APC Back-UPS ES700. I am using the ES650 model for the last 3 years without facing any trouble.

You may have to extend your budget by a few hundred rupees for this model.
 
I finally went for RS600 one since I couldn't raise my budget any higher.
How much did ES650 model cost you?
