PC Peripherals [Need Advice] Cabinet & PSU for i5 2500k for 5-6k

Hello Members,
Kindly suggest me a CABINET & PSU for the following config:
CPU ~ i5 2500K
GPU ~ SAPPHIRE HD 6950 2GB
Motherboard ~ Asus P8Z77 V Pro
Cooler ~ Corsair H60 liquid cooler
RAM ~ 8 GB GSkill Ripjaws DDR3 1600MHz
HDD ~ 2 TB HDD
My budget is between 5k-6k. I frequently took my PC to LAN Parties thus cabinet with handle would be an advantage.

Selected components:
Cabinet: Cooler MAster Elite 311 ~ Rs.2850
PSU: Corsair VS Series VS450 450 Watt SMPS ~ Rs.2500

Thanks @bssunil for suggestions. I will take note about Corsair PSUs. Meanwhile i shortlisted more options i.e.
Cooler Master K380 Cabinet
Antec VP450P SMPS
Any feedback for the above. In future i would be upgrading to i5 6th Gen config.

Can you give us a comparison between these 2 PSUs? For example : can you list the bits that are better on the Antec VP500?
I'll give you a hint to start : they're both based on a budget CWT platform.
 
I would rather prefer you find mid range used cabinets. As good cabinets have durability and functionality wise most of them don't make a great difference. Try finding a mid range used cabinet and invest the rest of the money in a good PSU. Cheers.
