6pack

Northstar
My old zebby cabby has run out of space for new hdds. also its width is small in that i cant fit any aftermarket coolers on to the cpu else i'll have to keep the door open always. even managing cabling is a pain in the ass in it now since everything has become congested.

what i want in new cabby:
- side facing hdd rack. need space for atleast 6 hdds.
- lots of space between mobo tray and hdd rack.
- removal back place for mobo.
- good width > 200mm
- provision for 1 front, side and exhaust fan. more the better.
- bottom mounted psu.
- black inside and out, but not mandatory.
- good ventilation. (most important)
- should have support for good cable management.
- looks dont matter, need practical and good quality piece.

budget around 4k, but can increase depending on cabby quality and brand. most probably if cost is more than 5k then it will be my last cabby in life
need your inputs please. :)

P.S. : Better than CM 690 in HDD cooling .

coolermaster centurion 590.available at prime abgb in lamington road.

fits ur requirements.

will painting the inside of a cabby harm the components inside?

trying to decide between a Lancool K56, K60 and K62.

both are almost same, except for some tool less design which is complete in K62 and the black insides of the case.

^^ The price will be the deciding factor. Painting again it depends on which paints you use, PM appo he has done a terrific DIY case, I wont recommend painting on the new case, maybe you can try it on your older in-expensive one.

CM 590 there was a thread long time back, many people had advised against buying the same, do a search here on TE. Not to mentions it looks pretty mediocre compared to the Lancool or NZXT cases..
