4 gigs of ram
1dvd writer
500gb hdd sata wd caviar
Msi amd 6670 gpu (dual fan).

Your rig looks quite light. Shouldn't take more than 300W. Why do you need more than 450W?

Get a quality 450W unit (Coolermaster GX450, Seasonic S12II 430) instead of a mediocre 500W unit.
