I am looking for a good laptop around 40-45K max.

Previously i was using HP dv6 2005 AX .

My basic usage will be browsing, watching movies and a bit of games like f1 2010 , fifa and all

I checked the dell online store and found the dell inspiron14r laptops with AMD Radeonâ„¢ HD 6470M - 1GB

can you provide me with some suggestions. I am not that keen to buy the HP laptops because my expereince with the dv6 2005 ax was very bad..

Please suggest me with some decent gaming laptop under 45K

Asus K53SV

Easily the best gaming laptop you can get for that range. It is out of stock in flipkart at the moment. My friend bought a similar one with 8 GB RAM and USB 3.0 ports for 45k from Lamington Road (Mumbai). You may get one from a similar price in your city. It has optimus technology and has good build quality. Service is also decent, in Mumbai at least.

the main problem with my previous laptop hp dv62005 ax was the over heating and eventually the motherboard conked out . The Hp service center guy told it will take 18.5 K to replace the motherboard and another 5k to replace the battery. SO i thaught it was better to go for a new one.............

Are thr any dell laptops that i can look at??? how abt the dell inspiron15r laptops???

my question is inspiron15r with Nvidia GeForce GT 525M and Acer Aspire 5830TG with Nvidia GeForce GT 540M. Which one to go for keeping in mind the built quality of acer.....

If you can stretch your budget to 52k get sony vaio vpccb15fg. It has very gud cooling system and stays cool while gaming. Build quality is much better and reliable.

Inpiron 15r does heat up while gaming, check in youtube videos. Dunno about acer though.

HP dv6-3016tx

seems the overheating problem is resolved, 14" screen and just check the specs... its a steal at 43k :ohyeah:

yes a big no for HP..............I just cant even think of another HP laptop.....I am getting tempted towards the sony vaio vpccb15fg......I will go for this even though it is 53K if its a trouble free laptop with a decent GPU and with out heating issues....

Or should i also check the Acer Aspire 5830TG
