PC Peripherals Need advice on PSU buying - urgent

Hi,
I need a new PSU for my system. The earlier PSU - Coolermaster Extreme 600 watt is now not working on full efficiency and I had to remove some components like the graphic and TV Tuner card to keep my system going.
My Budget is up to 3k. (could stretch to 4k if needed). The wattage calculated by me online was around 391 Watts.

Although, I have zeroed in on Seasonic S12II 520 Watts and Corsair SMPS CX430 430, I am still open to other brands. How much wattage is enough for my PC as per my config.? Which PSU is recommended for my system?

My system is mostly used for internet surfing, casual gaming and movie watching.

My current system configuration is :
Q6600 2.4 Ghz Processor
Intel Dg33FB Mobo
1 TB Seagte Harddisk
2 Gb Transcend 800 Mhz ram
ATI Radeon HD 5670 Graphics Card
Coolermaster Extreme 600 watt PSU
17 inch Samsung monitor

Please advise at the earliest.

If you don't plan to upgrade the GPU, a 430W should be enough. In that case get the S12II 430.
